Return and Exchange Policy:

We advise our valued customers to carefully research the product that they intend to purchase before placing an order in store or through our online store. We recommend our customers to contact us at for any additional information they require before making a purchase of cannabis product or accessory. Our experienced and knowledgeable team of employees are happy to help our customers.

At this time, all purchases of cannabis product or accessories made in-store or through our online store are final sale. Any sold item that leaves the premises will not be accepted for a return, refund, exchange or any store credit. If the purchased item does not leave the premises after purchase and is in the original, sealed condition in which it was purchased, it may be returned, refunded, or exchanged with manager’s discretion. The Customer will be refunded via the original payment method used for the purchase.

In a rare delivery event where a product arrives in damaged condition, or if an incorrect product was shipped, we expect our valued customer or the person who is receiving on customer’s behalf to verify the integrity and identity of the product prior to accepting it. At this time, we do not allow a return, refund or exchange of any product that was delivered wrong after in was accepted.

If a product was not received, contact us at with the description of the incident that includes your order number, name, address, date of order, and phone number.

What kind of ID do we accept in-store and upon delivering?

Please present a valid form of identification (ID) for the sake of age validation when visiting our store and/or also ensure to have it ready to present to the delivery driver upon receiving for the transaction to complete. The following forms of the identification are accepted by Lakeview Cannabis for the purposes of sale and delivery:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid Passport
  • OHIP Card
  • Canadian Permanent Resident Card
  • Valid Firearms Possession and Acquisition License
  • BYID (Bring Your Own ID) Card issued by the LCBO
  • Valid NEXUS Card

Product Purchase and Delivery:

When using our website, you are required to provide your name, address, email, telephone number and may also require payment card information to process transaction, to verify your identity, to deliver and return products, to issue refunds, and to protect against error or fraud. Cannabis will only be delivered to the residential address or private place specified in the order. The person who can receive the delivery must be aware of the delivery and be at least 19 years of age who, if appears to be under 25 years old, must present a valid government issued ID for age verification before products can be delivered to protect against error or fraud. All orders will be delivered within 3 hours from the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered next day by 1:00 PM. There will be no delivery fee for orders above $50; under $50 will subject to a delivery fee of $10. Lakeview cannabis will only provide delivery services in 5km radius from the location of the retail store. Any order placed before 11am or  after 7pm will not be processed. You must place your order on the same day as receiving day in the allowed timing, you cannot hold items for future days.
